Launch of the Yohana Web Platform

As the primary designer shipping a net-new platform, this project highlights my end-to-end design process. Showcases translating research insights into scalable solutions.

Role | Primary designer, fluid adapter, cross-functional collaborator.
Responsibilities | Concept building, feature definition, defining end-to-end experience.


Improving Usability Post-Purchase for Yohana First Time Users

Part of a larger effort to improve acquisition, this initiative involved working hand-in-hand with the User Researcher to improve usability on first-time-use. Highlights concept building and ideation. Showcases design thinking, iterative approach, and how I partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to build concepts.

Role | Primary designer, rapid iterator, product bridge.
Responsibilities | Lead discovery activities in partnership with UX Research, usability testing, embracing ambiguity, integrating moving pieces.


Scaling the Yohana Network

Empower the Yohana Network and Operations teams by scaling the signup and vetting process for local businesses and pros partnered with Yohana. Highlights working closely with engineers to design around technical constraints. Showcases working closely with product management to identify and address business goals.

Role | Primary designer, detective, mediator.
Responsibilities | Own design from concept to handoff, work closely with front and backend developers, partner with product management to define problem.
